Data Analytics: Retail Marketing

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Fall courses have been moved to online and remote environments. Course sections listed as "Blackboard" are conducted in a traditional online environment, with students logging in on their own schedule to do the coursework. "Blackboard-Remote" courses meet via teleconference at specific times when attendance is required; students will receive login information and instructions after they register.

Theory and hands-on practice in how to use data analytics, derived from digital resources for in-depth customer insight and sensitivity to drive brand and retail performance. Courses can be taken as part of a certificate or on an individual basis.
