Wellness Week

Join Us March 16–20, 2026
This March, we're celebrating Wellness Week with daily events designed to help you rest better, connect with resources, make informed health choices, and find moments of calm in the chaos. We're also recognizing National Sleep Awareness Week because quality rest is one of the most powerful tools you have for academic success and mental health.
