Mindfulness Corner of Gladys Marcus Library, 5th floor 

Join us to relax, relieve stress, build resilience, and set mindful goals. Also, discover simple ways to de-stress with the Awakening Wisdom Experience with Tashi. These Buddhist-inspired practices will help you live more mindfully and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

Join the Campus Anti-Violence Education Group in observation of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Learn about campus and community resources that support safety, protection, and healing.
