Winter Blizzard Alert
FIT is closed today
Due to the severe storm and its impact on public transportation in New York City and
the surrounding areas, FIT buildings will be closed on Tuesday, February 24. All in-person
and online classes and activities are canceled. Non-essential employees, including
those who work remotely on Tuesdays, are not expected to log-in or work remotely.
All Buildings and Grounds, Public Safety, and essential personnel must report for
duty on Tuesday, as scheduled. FIT will be open and fully operational on Wednesday,
