Cardio Kickboxing - A dynamic 45-minute workout designed to energize, engage, and empower participants
of all fitness levels. This class seamlessly blends the excitement of cardio, the
intensity of kickboxing, the rhythm of dance, and the strength-building benefits of
core work.
Core & Muscle Fusion - Sculpt and strengthen your body with a non-impact warm-up, followed by deep core
conditioning and muscle work using handheld weights, resistance bands, and body bars.
End the class with relaxing stretches, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Yoga - You will receive instruction in relaxation, meditation, and yogic breathing. Gentle
poses will ease your tensions and strengthen you physically as well as from within.
Ease tensions during a busy day in an accepting and relaxing atmosphere.
Boot Camp - A mix of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength
training. It includes various forms of interval training that involve bursts of high-intensity
work. This workout is designed to improve your cardio conditioning while strengthening
