Exercise Classes

Fall 2022 : Sept 12 - Dec 16

Our much loved classes and instructors are back!  Please join us for our free lunchtime classes that are open to all faculty and staff, sponsored by the Wellness Program.  The classes are led by qualified instructors and are open exclusively to employees.  You may attend as many classes as you wish; no reservations are needed - just show up! 

Facilities

Locker and shower facilities are available near the gym area.  Lockers may be used during class time only.  Please bring your own lock.

Class Times

Please keep in mind that each class begins ten minutes after the scheduled time, with the exception of spin class, which begins exactly at 1 pm.

All efforts to arrive on a timely basis are appreciated. Class space is limited to first-come, first-served.

Requirements:  Attendees must be masked and must sign in for classes.

Fall Class Schedule

Classes will take place from September 12–December 16. 

Monday -  Spin with Aubrey Brown,  1–2 pm, Auxiliary Gym, AX-39

Tuesday - Body Toning with Aubrey Brown, 1–2 pm, Auxiliary Gym, AX-39

Wednesday - Pilates with Theresa Herron, 1–2 pm, Dance Studio, BX-28

Thursday - Yoga with Theresa Herron, 1–2 pm, Movement Room, AX-25

Friday - Boot Camp with Aubrey Brown, 1–2 pm, Auxiliary Gym, AX-39

Fitness Center Access

Employees may use the Lari and Barbara Stanton Fitness Center between the hours of 7–9:00 am, Monday through Friday, and 11 am–9 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  

The Fitness Center is located in the sub-basement of the Dubinsky Student Center (A Building) and is equipped with cardiovascular machines, various weight machines, Smith machine, and free weights.  Visit the Athletics and Recreation website and click on Fitness Centers under Related Links for more information.
