SPIN:  Indoor cycling is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.  It’s low-impact, so it’s very suitable for people who want to balance out higher-impact exercises like running or for people who have some joint problems.

It includes various forms of interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work. A workout designed to improve your cardio conditioning as you strengthen your muscles in this action-packed class. A total body workout!

YOGA: You will receive instruction in relaxation, meditation, and yogic breathing. Gentle poses will ease your tensions and strengthen you physically as well as from within. Ease tensions during a busy day in an accepting and relaxing atmosphere.
