Interior Design Faculty Member Wins Chancellor’s Grant

The Office of International Programs is happy to announce that Interior Design Associate Professor Eric Daniels has won a 2020-2021 Chancellor’s Grant for Innovative Study Abroad Programs for his study abroad course ID310 Adaptive Reuse: Community Place Making in Paris.

Daniels' application was one of four outstanding proposals selected to receive the award from among a SUNY-wide pool of 13 applications.

The goals of the Chancellor’s Grant for Innovative Study Abroad Programs are to increase the number and diversity of the students participating in education abroad by supporting the development of new study abroad programs or improving existing programs, adding unique subject areas and promoting study in less commonly visited geographical locations. The ISAP Grant is a competitive grant providing financial support in the amount of $4,000 to make the program more affordable to students.
