    Budget Planning Meeting
    Evaluation meeting with Grants Office (and Office of Assessment, if required)
    IRB Consultation (with Office of General Counsel, if required)
    Preparation of Draft Proposal Copy

  • 6-8 Weeks
    Preparation of Draft Budget
    Editorial review of Proposal Draft
    Solicit and secure Letters of Support

  • 5 Weeks
    Submit Proposal Draft and Budget to Grants Office for required Academic Affairs review
    Complete Application Components / Attachments

  • 2 Weeks
    Secure Final Proposal Edits from stakeholders
    Finalize Letters of Support, Bios, References, etc.
    Finalize Proposal

  • 1 Week
    The Grants Office will submit Final Proposal
