Founder and director of Center for Art Law, Irina Tarsis is an art historian, attorney, and an author of multiple articles on the subject of restitution, provenance research, book history, and copyright issues.

With degrees in International Business, Art History and Law, in her practice Tarsis focuses on ownership disputes surrounding tangible and intangible property.
