Internship Studies

Internship Studies is an academic department supporting students' career and personal development as they make their transition from school to work.
The curriculum integrates classroom theory and best practices with experiential learning in onsite credit bearing internships.

Undergraduate Internship courses


IC 297 and 497 courses designed to help undergraduate students explore career paths and successfully transition from school to work.

Graduate Internship course


IC 592 course uniquely designed to help graduate students navigate experiential learning during their industry-specific internships.

Career Exploration course


HD 111 course gives students an opportunity to explore their own values and interests, while learning about career opportunities through a computerized guidance system and guest speakers from across industries.
