Open Enrollment Full-Time

Annual Benefits Open Enrollment 2025 for Full-Time Employees

Monday, November 3, 2025 through Friday, November 14, 2025

The Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period, which ends on Friday, November 14, is a once-a-year opportunity to assess your benefit elections and:

  • Health Care Plan:  Enroll, waive coverage, or make changes to dependents who are enrolled.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan:  Enroll online for calendar year 2026. You must make a new online election; 2025 elections will NOT carry forward
  • Supplemental Life Insurance Plan:  Enroll or increase your current election.
  • Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Plan:  Change your coverage option.

Elections and changes made during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period will become effective January 1, 2026.  The effective dates for Supplemental Life Insurance Plan and LTD Insurance Plan changes may differ based on required carrier approval.

If you do not make an FSA election or changes during this period, your next opportunity to do so will be during next year’s Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period, unless you experience a qualified life event during the year.  Examples are marriage, birth/adoption of a child, divorce, a change in employment status, or loss of other health care coverage. You have 31 days from the life event date to notify a benefits representative to make changes to your coverage.

Please review this information thoroughly.  If you have questions, please contact a benefits representative via email at [email protected] using your FIT email address and include your FIT employee ID number.

The links below will take you to the Open Enrollment Pages. Read the "What You Need To Do" information within each section for instructions on enrolling or making a change.
