Step 1

Download a fillable pdf order form below, save it to your local computer drive, open and complete it using Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader.

Step 2

Prepare and save your pdf order form(s) and file(s). Include the button pin or hardcover bookbinding templates (below) if applicable. Departments, if paying using a budget transfer, please include a signed PrintFX Supplies Reimbursement Authorization form (.pdf). Form is a fillable pdf and requires Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

Step 3

Create a folder labeled with your name and date on your local computer drive and place a copy of your file(s), order form(s) and any other necessary documents inside.

Step 4

Connect to your FIT Google Drive associated with your FIT email address (your job will be rejected if you use a non-FIT email address). Upload the folder and share with [email protected].


Information about file size, margins, fonts, images, bleeds, trim marks, resolution, color accuracy and acceptable file formats.

Turnaround time

Turnaround time depends on the service.


You'll be notified via email that your job's been completed. Call us with your ID# so we can charge your account during open staffed hours. View Adding Funds To Your MyFIT eAccount quick video guide for more details.  Students with unpaid jobs left at PrintFX starting at two weeks will have an academic hold placed on their account. 

Alumni jobs & payment

Contact staff using your FIT affiliated gmail address for job submission details, pricing and payment. If approved, payment required prior to start of job via funds added to a guest card. View How To Add Funds to a Guest Card (.pdf). Guide is a pdf and requires Adobe Reader.

Job pick up & laser cutting material / vacuum forming object drop-off

Spring 2021: Feldman Center lobby contactless curbside drop off / pick up table.  After we receive your payment, we'll email you a direct link to FIT's Book It reservation platform. For laser cutting material drop off, after emailing your order form, create a BookIt reservation to drop off your material at the curbside table.  Please indicate a particular side you want the material to be cut on by attaching a note. 

Job delivery

Spring 2021: UPS delivery within U.S. only. 2pm deadline for weekly shipping. After your job's completed, the cost of shipping and packaging will be added. Tracking #'s are automatically emailed to customer's FIT email address.
