Program

Fall 2026 Convocation will be held in person in the Katie Murphy Amphitheatre. Convocation serves as our time to gather as a campus community, marks the official start of the academic year, and welcomes both new and returning colleagues.

It will feature announcements and remarks by Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs Yasemin Jones and the president of the Faculty Senate, Professor Jeffrey Riman. Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success Tardis Johnson will provide Enrollment Management and Student Success department updates, and college President Jason S. Schupbach will provide welcome remarks.

Breakfast will be served in the Great Hall from 8:30 to 9:15 am. Convocation proceedings will begin at 9:30 am.
