FIT Community Events
The Steering Committee is committed to ensuring that open communication, transparency, and collaborative dialogue guide every step of this work. The perspectives, lived experiences, and creative vision of our students, employees, alumni, and external industry and educational partners are essential to defining FIT’s long-term direction.
Phase 1 Stakeholder Survey
The round 1 stakeholder survey is currently live for students, employees, alumni, and external partners. If you haven't already, we strongly encourage you to complete the survey.
Look in your inbox for the following sender and subject. If you don’t see it, check your spam and other folders. Contact [email protected] for assistance with the survey.

Subject: Shape the Future of FIT: Take the Strategic Plan Survey
If you have external contacts that could provide insights to inform FIT’s future, please reach out to the steering committee at [email protected].
Phase 1 Listening Sessions
To dive deeper, we are hosting a series of targeted listening sessions across campus and virtually. These sessions are open, candid conversations with Good Rebellion consultants to discuss priorities, aspirations, and constructive ideas for FIT’s future. While we know real operational challenges exist, this listening session is dedicated to collective visioning, charting a bold, unified path forward for our community.
To keep these discussions small and conversational, space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served. For students and employees, after you receive the invitation based on your role, if your chosen session is full, you will have the opportunity to join the waitlist, and we will notify you if a space opens. You will receive an official confirmation and calendar invite shortly after signing up. For more information about registration, contact [email protected].
Please note that the initial survey and listening sessions are just the beginning. There will be multiple additional opportunities to share your input throughout the fall, winter, and spring as we move through the process.
If you have any questions before the session, please feel free to reach out to the Steering Committee at [email protected].
