In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the following benefits have been added to the Aetna Student Health coverage:
 
  • Free coronavirus testing and doctor visits. You’ll have $0 copays for any diagnostic testing and doctor visits related to COVID-19.
  • No cost-sharing for inpatient admission for the treatment of COVID-19 or associated health complications.
  • Free delivery on CVS Pharmacy® prescriptions.

Insurance Card

The insurance cards are available online after the waiver deadline to students who did not waive the school health insurance. If you need the insurance card before the waiver deadline, you need to confirm your enrollment by going to haylor.com/FIT and clicking Full-Time Waive and/or Enroll. Your enrollment will be processed and your insurance card will be available for download or print after 3-5 business days.

How to download the insurance card:

  1. Go to Aetna Student Health site.
  2. Enter your FIT student ID# (without the @ symbol) and date of birth.
  3. Click the Print Card button to print.

Prescriptions

For coverage, present your ID card at the pharmacy when dropping off your prescription. If you have not received your ID card, you may pay for the prescription, then complete the Prescription Claim Form (.pdf) for reimbursement.

MAIL SERVICE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROGRAM

Medications that are taken for a chronic condition can be filled for up to a 90-day supply through Aetna Rx Home Delivery. A 90-day supply of a prescription can be filled with a co-payment that is 2 times the co-payment of a 30-day supply.

Electronic prescriptions can be sent to Aetna Rx Home Delivery. If mailing prescription, complete the mail-in order form (.pdf) and mail to Aetna Rx Home Delivery.

PRESCRIPTION OVERRIDE OPTION

For students who are traveling abroad and need to fill more than a 3-month supply of a prescription, student must contact Aetna at 1-800-966-7772.

Please note: Network pharmacies can process up to three months at the point of service therefore a vacation override would not be necessary unless the requested time frame exceeds three months. However, the member must have enough refills in his/her treatment regimen to accommodate the request.
