PVH Corp ITM Scholarship Recipients for 2027

yoogin minYoonji Min joined ITM after completing her AAS degree from FIT in Seoul, South Korea while she was Buying Merchandiser - Overseas Business Division for Thom Browne at Samsung.  She was also Sales Associate at Uniqlo, Internship as Marketing Researcher of Beauty Brand Naisture at Banzqi Living, and Short-term Internship as VMD, Marketing, Sales Assistant at Eune there. 

She volunteered as Admission Assistant and Student Event Organizer of the Work Study Program at SUNY Korea Admissions, MMAM 23F/W as well as Incheon Global Campus Housing intern at Vegan Tiger 23F/W during Seoul Fashion Week, and Assistant for Faculty Housing Guidance and Operation Support of the Work-Study Program at Incheon Global Campus Housing. As President of RHA Kaufman Hall at FIT in New York, she organized events, coordinated teams, and created an inclusive residential environment. She is an active member of the International Trade Student Association and has volunteered at the Minor Fair, Talking Trade @ FIT, and the USFIA conference.

In her application for the scholarship, Yoonji asserted that her long-term career goals reflect a commitment to growth, adaptability, and a global perspective that aligns with the principles that PVH represents.
Ultimately, Yoonji aims to build a global career where she can apply her diverse cultural perspective to the luxury sector. Through continued academic development and industry experience, she is committed to becoming a well-rounded professional who can contribute meaningfully to the global fashion industry through analytical thinking, global awareness, and a strong understanding of the market.

mars shabbattMars Shabbatt is currently Product Development Manager at Caxology, having produced over thirty samples, reduced fit issues by 25%, and promoted production efficiency in the past three years.  She is also interning at National Black Justice Collective, where she contributed to a 30% increase in product engagement and developed its digital marketing strategy across Instagram and email campaigns, reaching over 4,000 supporters and increasing click-through rates by 20%.  Mars was also Brand Strategy & Research Intern at A Mother’s Prayer, where she produced over ten weekly blog posts as well as synthesized research on branding, community issues, and audience behavior to support the organization’s communications strategy.

Mars completed the intensive six-week global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp of the European Innovation Academy in Portugal, developing an apparel product concept into a financially viable startup strategy for an underserved market. She was also selected from approximately 50,000 applicants to participate in the competitive Early Stage Product Strategy Bootcamp in Oklahoma.  In addition, Mars was selected to participate in the Professional Development Bootcamp of the Leadership Weekend in Pennsylvania.

In applying her leadership skills, Mars is President of Fashion Forward Futures, where she founded a mentorship initiative creating pathways into fashion for underrepresented students, built student communities, and developed outreach, aspiring to eventually spread the organization’s wings by reaching membership and projects internationally. She is currently a member of Black Retail Action Group, Black Student Union, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and Latinx Career & Cultural Association.

In addition to her ITM major, Mars is pursuing a minor in African American and Africana Studies, Economics, and Ethics & Sustainability.  She holds certifications in Entrepreneurship & Innovation as well as ANA Marketing Professional.  Mars is “committed to reshaping global sourcing in a way that makes the “American Dream” more accessible, ethical, and inclusive for all.”. By sourcing. By sixteen, she was independently sourcing materials internationally, gaining early exposure to global manufacturing systems and cross-cultural communication. These experiences, along with her ITM education, have solidified her desire to pursue a career in global sourcing, through which she “can build meaningful relationships with international partners, particularly in underrepresented regions, and create pathways for economic empowerment within those communities”.

Her values strongly align with those of PVH Corp., which recognizes diversity and inclusion as essential to both its culture and its business success. She resonates with the company’s practices, emphasizing an environment where every individual is valued and every voice is heard, and extends this commitment into its marketplace and communities.
