If you have an on-campus emergency, call the Department of Public Safety at extension
7-7777. If you have an off-campus emergency, call 911.
How to make an appointment at Health Services
- To schedule an appointment, you can
- call Health Services at (212) 217-4190 during office hours, or
- visit Health Services in room A402 in the David Dubinsky Student Center during office hours, or
- log in to the FIT Health Portal anytime.
- Complete all forms required for Health Services at the FIT Health Portal if you have not already done so. Incomplete forms may result in the delay or cancellation of your appointment.
- Bring the following to your appointment:
- Photo ID card
- Insurance card
Walk-ins
Health Services is also open for walk-ins in Room A402 in the David Dubinsky Student Center during clinic walk-in hours.
