Biography

Nicole Zizila is a creative director, copywriter, strategist, and educator who recognizes the power of conceptual creative solutions to help build brands. Throughout her advertising and integrated marketing career that spans over 15 years, she has prided herself in her ability to develop smart, strategic ideas that elevate brands, engage audiences and influence consumer behavior in the most relevant and meaningful ways possible.

With deep roots in NYC, Zizila has worked at some of the most globally recognized ad agencies and digital consultancies that call this city home including BBDO NY, IBM iX, Grey, VidMob, Resource/Ammirati and Publicis NY. She’s an award-winning creative whose work has been recognized in multiple industry publications including The New York Times Campaign Spotlight, The Drum Creative Works, Ad Age and Ads of the World.

Zizila’s skills as a hands-on creative team leader translated seamlessly into the classroom setting when she began teaching as an adjunct in 2005. She fosters an environment of trust and leads by example. With empathy and passion, her aim is to identify and nurture young talent, showing them how to develop strategies that resonate and bring insights to life as breakthrough creative concepts. By helping them to build and refine their conceptual, lateral and critical thinking skills, her students will be on the path to becoming the next generation of creative problem solvers.
