Regina Szeto
Biography
Regina Szeto is a global brand strategist with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience building growth strategies across the United States, Asia, and Europe. She has led market entry, partnerships, and digital transformation for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
As Regional Group Media Director at LVMH, Szeto directed media strategy and digital evolution across more than 20 maisons in Asia–Pacific. As Senior Vice President of Global Advertising at Calvin Klein, she managed global teams across New York, Milan, Hong Kong, and Tokyo to deliver integrated brand initiatives across regions and over 50 product categories. As Interim CEO of Delsey Paris in China, she led crisis management and operational restructuring during COVID-19.
Szeto's work spans competitive strategy, brand positioning, global expansion, and strategic partnerships. Having lived and worked in all three regions, she brings cultural fluency to complex, multi-market decisions and to executive collaborations with creative talent across cultures. She has moderated sustainability dialogues for WWD China and the Global Fashion Agenda and has guest lectured at Pratt Institute. She currently advises fashion-tech startups and cross-border businesses and serves as an adviser to Columbia Climate School’s Fashion, Energy, Climate Network.
Szeta holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Arts in Art & Archaeology from SOAS, University of London.
