Scott Steever
Biography
Scott Steever has more than 30 years of experience in the retail, fashion, and ecommerce industries. He has a broad and deep understanding of the diverse and inter-connected functions within retail and thrives in the space where strategy, merchandising, digital marketing, ecommerce operations, supply chain, customer service, customer experience and technology collide.
Steever has experience in all phases of technology enablement from strategic planning, functional design, change management, testing, training, and implementation. He maintains a strong omni-channel perspective and customer centric view of the ever evolving, complex retail, fashion, and ecommerce landscapes. Steever has held various ecommerce, strategy, technology and retail executive leadership roles with ABC Carpet & Home, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley, and The Vitamin Shoppe. He has also spent many years as an independent retail, ecommerce and marketing consultant working for companies such as Area NYC, Astor Chocolate, Champion, Alternative Apparel, Five Story NY, MoMA, J. Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren and many more.
Steever graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also earned his MBA from the University of Maryland-College Park focusing on marketing and technology.
