Biography
With more than 15 years of experience in the global fashion industry, Warren Satchell has developed expertise in brand strategy, buying and merchandising, product development, and trend direction. He has held prominent roles at leading organizations, including WGSN, Amazon.com/Amazon Fashion, Gap, Inc., Kenneth Cole, and Giorgio Armani S.P.A./Armani Exchange.
During the 2019 COVID-19 pandemic, Satchell co-founded Harlem Biscuit Company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and passion for culinary innovation. This venture is a testament to his ability to pivot and create new opportunities, further showcasing his versatility beyond fashion.
Satchell is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation. He actively engages in speaking engagements, mentorship programs, and community service initiatives, helping to inspire and guide young talent. His dedication to supporting others reflects his belief in the power of knowledge-sharing and empowering those coming up behind him. Satchell’s passion for both professional excellence and community development makes him a dynamic leader and mentor in the industries he touches.
An alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University, Satchell holds a Master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, sampling Canary Island wines, and championing Black-owned businesses. He also advocates for diversity and culture, serving on advisory boards and alumni committees to foster inclusive practices and policies in both business and education.
