With a strong background in strategic analysis and creative execution, Cindy Salazar is an entrepreneur and business leader who specializes in sales strategy, inventory management, product development, and client relations, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Salazar is the Founder of Toscana USA, an Italian footwear brand operating through wholesale and e-commerce channels. She oversees e-commerce strategy, marketing, brand development, and product design, leading initiatives that support profitability and long-term growth.

Previously, Salazar held analytical and planning roles at Ross Stores, focusing on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and regional sales strategies, where she developed expertise in translating data analysis into effective business decisions.

Salazar holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
