Biography

Hannah Raw began her career as a freelance model maker at the American Museum of Natural History in 2007 and has been a full-time preparator since 2014.

She has completed numerous sculpting, mount making, illustration, and general fabrication projects for artists, museums, and galleries—as well as fabrication work for set and window designers.

Artists and clients have included Camille Henrot, Factíce, Jean Shin, David Nolan Gallery, and Museum Productions Inc.

Rawe makes her own work and is currently working on an ongoing project called Lost&Find, that combines model making and storytelling. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Cooper Union School of Art.
