Biography

Leslie Harris is currently Global General Manger of SkinCeuticals, a L'Oréal USA Group company. Previously, she was Assistant Vice President of Skincare Product Innovation for Garnier U.S., a company within the consumer division of L'Oréal USA. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic direction of all new product innovation and regional product adaptation for Garnier Skincare in the U.S.

Prior to her position at Garnier, Harris was Director of Global Marketing at Kiehl's Since 1851, also under the umbrella of L'Oréal USA. Here she was responsible for all development and launch plans for the body and fragrance categories, as well as select skincare launches. Harris has previous marketing and finance marketing experience in both cosmetics and fashion and began her career in finance.  

Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wellesley College (cum laude), a Master of Arts degree in fashion history and theory from the London College of Fashion (first honors and distinction), and a Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from FIT (valedictorian and departmental honors). She is an active beauty historian, and now serves as an adjunct faculty member for the CFMM program, teaching Innovations in the History of Beauty.
