Herbert Frichner is an established fashion industry excutive and entrepreneur with decades of experience. He owned and operated Panache New York, Ltd. for more than 30 years, a fashion forward outerwear company targeted to the upscale consumer. Frichner's collection was marketed to leading department and specialty stores, including Saks Fifth Ave, Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf-Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Barneys, and Henri Bendel. His clothing was also sold by other retailers throughout the United States and Canada. Frichner has achieved decades of experience in buying, sales, and marketing and is a frequently quoted in the media as a fashion marketing expert.
At FIT, Frichner teaches numerous fashion merchandising and marketing courses. He believes in being a conscientious and socially-responsible entrepreneur who is a contributor to the welfare of consumers and society.
