Biography
Kristy Fall is a professor, entrepreneur, and business consultant dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through education and accelerating growth for businesses and nonprofits who share in this mission. She specializes in marketing, strategic communications, and brand management, elevating students, businesses, and their leaders through the power of branding, messaging, and storytelling. She is an advisor for Silicon Valley in Your Pocket’s global incubator program and offers professional development workshops on strategy, communications, creativity, innovation, and leadership.
After beginning her career in investment banking at Lazard, Fall became an entrepreneur, co-founding a 3D/4D virtual design firm. Before coming to FIT, she taught the Innovation Lab course at Rutgers University, guiding students to refine social innovation ideas into viable business ventures. She also taught marketing and strategy courses at the undergraduate and Executive MBA level for Rutgers Business School.
Fall has presented workshops for organizations such as UNICEF, Walmart, and Vonage. She is an advisory board member for Seton Hall University’s Market Research Center. She has served as a mentor for the National Science Foundation’s i-Corps program, Black and Latino Tech Initiative Accelerator, Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship & Commercialization (CTEC), and worked with AMCHAM, the United States Embassy, and the National Libraries to create an entrepreneurship program for various age groups and young professionals in Guyana.
Fall is passionate about education and mentorship to improve the lives of the people she encounters and the world we collectively share.
