Sarah Dyer
Sarah Dyer is a New York-based organizational development and leadership communications professional who has served large and small companies, as well as mission-focused organizations in both North America and in Asia. Her current professional interests include Organizational Design & Governance, Leadership Development, Teamwork, Strategic Planning and Dialogue Facilitation.
She is the co-founder and current member of the Board of Directors of 100 Women in Finance Association and Foundation, and additionally serves as an independent, non-executive trustee for two investment funds. Sarah’s teaching practice includes serving as a Leader-in-Residence and an adjunct faculty member at The City College of New York’s (CUNY) Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership (Economics and Business Department) and as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Organizational Leadership in the Global Fashion Management graduate program at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY).
Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and an Executive Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY).
