Aaron Duncan
Biography
Aaron Duncan brings over two decades of leadership experience in the global fashion and lifestyle industries to his role. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director for The Sak Brand Group, a leading handbag and accessories company, he led brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative direction.
Duncan has held key leadership positions at iconic companies, including Mattel, where he served as Vice President of Global Softlines, leading global strategy and business development for brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels. At Playboy Enterprises, as Senior Vice President and Creative Director of Global Licensing, he drove the company’s rebranding strategy, successfully expanding into men’s and women’s fashion categories.
Earlier in his career, Duncan worked in Hong Kong for fast-fashion retailer G2000 Apparel and in New York City with J. Crew and Saks Fifth Avenue in design and merchandising capacities. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, a BA from the University of Miami, and an AAS from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
