Roxanne Meyer
Biography
Roxanne Meyer is a dynamic and accomplished finance executive in the retail and luxury sector with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, equity research, and strategic leadership. She is a proven strategic partner to CEOs, CFOs, and executive teams, driving financial strategy, capital management, and risk mitigation to achieve growth objectives. Her expertise includes financial modeling and analysis, assessing strategic alternatives, influential communications, and building stakeholder relations.
Most recently, Meyer served as Vice President, Finance & Treasury at Saks, where she was responsible for competitive analysis, financial analysis and communications, stakeholder relations, and treasury and liquidity management. Prior, she spent more than two decades on Wall Street as an equity research analyst at CIBC World Markets, UBS Securities, and at MKM Partners, where she was recognized as a thought leader in the retail sector and respected for her detailed analysis, integrity and message clarity. She began her career as a financial analyst at Prudential Insurance Company.
Meyer attended the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she received her BBA degree in Finance, and the Stern School of Business at New York University where she received her MBA in Finance.
