The Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project

FIT supports The Clothesline Project, a visual display that bears witness to relationship violence. During the public display, a clothesline is hung with shirts; each shirt is decorated to represent a particular person's experience, by the survivor themselves or by someone who cares about them. Join us to help educate, document, and raise society's awareness of the extent of the problem of relationship violence. Create a shirt to help with the healing process of those who have lost a loved one or who are survivors of violence; blank shirts will be provided to participants in the Breezeway. Shirts will be prominently displayed in the Dubinsky Lobby during Sexual Assault Awareness Education

Join us April 3rd, 4th, and 6th from 12-2pm on the Breezeway between the Dubinsky and Business & Liberal Arts buildings.
