The Employee Wellness Program offers a variety of programs each semester including free on-campus lunchtime exercise classes and special lunchtime seminars. Programs are announced via emails from HR Wellness.
The Workplace Walk-Off Challenge will take place April 6, 2020, through May 3, 2020.

Fitness Center: Employees may use the Lari and Barbara Stanton Fitness Center between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The Center is located in the sub-basement of the Dubinsky Student Center (A Building) and is equipped with cardiovascular machines, various weight machines, Smith machine and free weights.
