Wellness Program

Information for: Full-Time Employees and Part-Time Employees

The Employee Wellness Program offers a variety of programs each semester including free on-campus lunchtime exercise classes, special lunchtime seminars, and health screenings.  Programs are announced via e-mails from HR Wellness.

The Workplace Walk-Off Challenge was a success and a great time was had by all who participated.  Are you interested in participating? Tune in Spring 2019 for our next challenge.

Exercise Classes

DISCLAIMER: Employees who participate in the exercise classes and facilities do so at their own risk. FIT is not responsible for any injury that may occur to individuals participating in any exercise activity. Medical clearance before participating in an exercise program is highly recommended.

Fitness Center: Employees may use the Lari and Barbara Stanton Fitness Center between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.  The Center is located in the sub-basement of the Dubinsky Student Center (A Building) and is equipped with cardiovascular machines, various weight machines, Smith machine and free weights.  Visit the Athletics and Recreation website and click on Fitness Centers under Related Links for more information.
