Discounted Exercise Mats Available: Portable eco-friendly roll-up mats are available for purchase from the Wellness Program for a discounted price of $13. If you are interested in purchasing a mat, please bring a check for $13, payable to FIT Student Faculty Corporation, to the Office of Human Resources-Benefits Unit, 333 7th Ave., 16th Floor.
Fitness Center: Employees may use the Lari and Barbara Stanton Fitness Center between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The Center is located in the sub-basement of the Dubinsky Student Center (A Building) and is equipped with cardiovascular machines, various weight machines, Smith machine and some free weights.
