Smoking Cessation Workshop
Stop Smoking Now - Use Hypnosis

Hypnosis has been shown to be an important tool for supporting habit control, and smoking cessation in particular.  It is officially recognized by the American Medical Association as a valid form of therapy.  If you truly want to stop smoking and have not been successful using other methods, hypnosis may help you to succeed.  In addition, additional methods such as guided imagery, relaxation breathing, mindfulness meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation will be used to help:

  • Increase awareness of smoking habits, reasons and triggers for smoking
  • Increase motivation to become a non-smoker
  • Enhance confidence and remember previous successes
  • Change negative thinking to positive thinking
  • Envision effective strategies and successful outcomes
  • Develop new constructive behaviors
  • Address relapse prevention
  • Implement steps to success
