Instructor: Bette Jean Rosenhagen, LCSW is a Senior Social Worker in the NYU Langone Health Department of Integrative Health Programs. She provides mind-body interventions for inpatients and outpatients utilizing the following integrative health modalities: Hypnosis, Mindfulness Meditation and Mindful Eating, Focused Relaxation Breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and Guided Imagery.
She is also a frequent presenter on Stress Management and Integrative Health, Tobacco Cessation and Caregiver Stress to NYU Langone Health patients and staff, the community and corporations, and as a guest expert on Doctors Radio-Sirius Radio. Ms. Rosenhagen is also a psychotherapist in private practice in NYC.
