Program of Study

All students attend morning English language core courses: reading, writing (grammar), speaking, and listening. Core courses meet Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am -1:00 pm. Two days focus on reading, writing and grammar skills; the other two days focuses on listening and speaking skills. Materials give students opportunities to use all of their language skills in authentic and engaging ways.

Friday field trips take advantage of NYC cultural institutions, popular neighborhoods, and iconic fashion-related places and events, such as New York Fashion Week. Trips in the past have included places such as Beacon Dia, the New York Botanical Garden, the Brooklyn Museum, the Hudson River Museum, the Cooper Hewitt, the Cloisters, MOMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the High Line, Brooklyn Grange Farm, and the UN.
