Preparing and Emailing Your Job
Prepare and save your pdf order form(s) and file(s). Include the button pin or hardcover bookbinding templates if applicable. Departments, if paying using a budget transfer, please include a signed PrintFX Supplies Reimbursement Authorization form (.pdf). Form is a fillable pdf and requires Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
Create a folder labeled with your name and date on your local computer drive and place a copy of your file(s), order form(s) and any other necessary documents inside.
Connect to your FIT Google Drive associated with your FIT email address (your job will be rejected if you use a non-FIT email address). Upload the folder and share with [email protected].

You'll be notified via email that your job's been completed and to call us with your ID# so we can charge your account (11am - 4pm M-F only when the college is open). View Adding Funds To Your MyFIT eAccount quick guide for more details. Students with unpaid jobs left at PrintFX starting at two weeks will have an academic hold placed on their account.
Job pick up & laser cutting material / vacuum forming object drop-off
Fall 2020 - Winterim 2021: Feldman Center lobby contactless curbside drop off / pick up table located outside the Admissions office. After we receive your payment, we'll email you a direct link to FIT's Book It reservation platform. For material drop off, after emailing your order form, create a Book It reservation. For laser cutting materials, if there's a particular side you want the material to be cut on, please attach a note indicating this.
