The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the set of standards for appraisers written by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, D.C. This course reviews the code of ethics and standards for valuation and appraisal practice, including appraisal report writing. This 15 hour seminar concentrates on personal property appraising and includes the USPAP examination. Successful completion of the class is proof of professional competence and is required for those who intend to become qualified professional appraisers. The curriculum follows the guidelines of the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation and is taught by a AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
