Learn the effects of alcohol on the brain while exercising critical decision making.

8pm to 10:30pm Condom Bar and Lounge 
Bring your friends and join the Residence Hall Association (RHA) for safe sex learning tips, games, prizes, music, snacks, drag, and free condoms for the taking! Confidential rapid HIV/STI testing will be available.

12pm to 2pm Love Yourself: Masturbation 101
Whether single or partnered, educate yourself on the myths and truths of masturbation.

1pm to 2pm One Billion Rising
Stop by to learn more about the One Billion Rising movement, the largest mass action to end violence against women in human history, which began on Valentine's Day in 2012. This year the theme of Solidarity remains the focus of One Billion Rising. We ask that you join us as the FIT Dance Company and FIT Gospel Choir dance and perform as one to rise up against all forms of violence against women. Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies will be available during the event.

1pm to 2pm Online Dating Workshop
This workshop on using dating apps and dating online will lead you one strategic step at a time through the digital dating maze, saving you from the pitfalls and frustrations many online daters experience such as "ghosting." We hope that you can join Dr. Susan Breton, Director of Counseling Services at FIT, as she leads this interactive workshop.

Please join the Dean of Students Office in collaboration with Public Safety, Information Technology, Title IX, and Health Services as we discuss the ways in which we can be safe on and off campus. Local community agencies and FIT staff will be present at this event. Stop by to learn more about what you can do to help keep yourself and the campus safe!

6pm to 8pm Maintaining a Healthy Body Image in the Fashion Industry (A Panel)
Learn to combat the effects of pop culture and peer pressure by building self-esteem to better love yourself with tips from experts in the fashion industry. The panel features professionals including fashion bloggers, fashion curators, and health care professionals from the community. Afterward, enjoy light refreshments, resources, and make your own gratitude box.

FIT joins the V-Day global movement to stop violence against women and girls. V-Day at FIT 2019 Presents a Benefit Production of Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues by the Theater Club. Doors open for art exhibition at 7:30pm, show at 8pm.
