BODY TONING: Overall body toning and strength is achieved through mat and standing exercises utilizing isometrics, body weight and repetitions of movement.  Emphasis on safe practice with proper alignment and core stabilization.  All levels of students welcome.

SPIN:  Indoor cycling is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.  It’s low-impact, so it’s very suitable for people who want to balance out higher-impact exercises like running or for people who have some joint problems.
