There is a mandatory hard waiver health insurance requirement. All full-time domestic and international students with 12 credits or more are automatically enrolled and billed for the student health insurance plan (SHIP). Graduate full time students (9 credit hours overall) are also automatically enrolled and billed for this health insurance.
Part-time students and students that are registered for online courses only, regardless of the number of credits, are not automatically enrolled for SHIP. However, these students may enroll voluntarily by contacting Haylor at 1-866-535-0456.
