Working Remotely

Nonessential employees are expected to work remotely to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Use the IT Toolkit to find training sessions and online resources for remote work. It is important to remind all employees that FERPA and medical privacy laws continue to guide FIT’s communications and interactions while working off campus.

Online timesheets are to be submitted as usual; paper timesheets can be emailed to [email protected]. Since the payroll office will be closed until further notice, all checks will be mailed to the HR address on file. Any changes in direct deposits, tax withholdings, and other related payroll forms can also be emailed to [email protected] for processing, as long as they are sent from an FIT email address.

Campus and Office Buildings

Campus buildings are open with limited hours each day to allow the community to access lockers and offices. All classrooms, studios, and laboratories remain closed.
