IT for Students
The Division of Information Technology has a website at it.fitnyc.edu with over 100 self-service articles with step-by-step instructions on topics from managing your password to accessing free software. On the site, you can also find useful IT guides, including the Student Guide, which outlines what services IT is providing to help you succeed this fall.
FIT will consider on a case-by-case basis a remote learning accommodation only if an international student is unable to secure a visa by the fall semester deadline. Visit International Student Services
The FIT Dining Hall is open. Per a New York City executive order about indoor dining, you must show Public Safety officers proof of vaccination to eat inside the dining hall; non-vaccinated people must purchase food and/or drink to go.
FIT is requiring all students living in campus-operated residence halls to be fully vaccinated prior to occupancy for the fall 2021 term, with limited medical and religious exemptions. Read more information about Residential Life procedures here.
Students can use the inquiry form below to register any academic or health concerns related to COVID-19. A Student Success representative will reach out to you to discuss your questions and/or concerns as soon as possible.
