Tuesday June 5, 2012, 8:30-4:00 PM
The challenges to teaching on today's college campus can be substantial. Faculty need strategies to help address diverse learning styles and student behavior. Also, what are the best strategies for the growing role of technology in teaching and learning, including 24/7 communication and issues of academic integrity?
Dr. Patrick G. Love, AVP for Student Affairs at Rutgers University, Dr. Matthew Gold, CUNY Professor and Advisor to the CUNY Provost for Digital Initiatives, and Mitch Nagler, Assistant Director of the Student Counseling Center and Director of Bridges to Adelphi Program, providing support services for students diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, will join workshop facilitators Erik Kneubuehl, Student Development, Deborah Klesenski-Rispoli, Academic Affairs, and Robin Sackin, FMM, for what promises to be a highly engaging and informative day.
