How to Get Help

Brightspace Support:

The SUNY Online Helpdesk is available 7 days per week to answer any questions related to Brightspace. This should be your first stop for all Brightspace-related assistance, as the helpdesk is the most knowledgeable about the latest issues and updates to Brightspace.

Call 1-844-673-6786 during the following hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00AM-12:00AM Midnight EST, Saturday 10:00AM-8:00PM EST, and Sunday 10:00AM-9:00PM EST.

She is available for appointments on the topics of Online/Remote/Blended Teaching Pedagogy, Brightspace Advanced Questions, and how to use related tools (ScreenPal, Voicethread, Padlet, Qwickly). Please email Margaret Bishop at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
