The museum is part of the Fashion Institute of Technology, a campus of the State University
of New York. As a public institution, the museum relies heavily on the generosity
of its friends and supporters to provide programs and exhibitions year-round, to local,

Couture Council: Become a member of this philanthropic group and receive invitations to exclusive events and behind-the-scenes tours.
Individual Gifts: Make a donation towards new acquisitions, conservation projects, or our strategic planning fund.
Corporate Opportunities: The Museum at FIT offers general levels of sponsorship to our corporate supporters, including exhibition sponsorship, naming opportunities, and product donation for events.
Internship Opportunities: The Museum at FIT offers internships to Graduate Students only.
