Johnny Weir Visits The Museum at FIT

On Friday March 12th, ice skater Johnny Weir toured both FIT and The Museum at FIT. His visit included not only a tour of the FIT campus, but also the exhibition American Beauty. Johnny Weir is interested in pursuing a degree in fashion design at FIT. "I want to create things while I have time on earth, and the art of costume and culture has always inspired me. I think being in the public eye can only help me launch into the world of fashion.
