 The MFIT exhibition A Queer History of Fashion: From the Closet to the Catwalk received the Award of Merit from the Museum Association of New York for engaging communities.

The website and social media presence for MFIT's exhibition A Queer History of Fashion: From the Closet to the Catwalk received a silver MUSE award from the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) in recognition of the highest standards of excellence in the use of media & technology for Digital Communities.
