FIT celebrates wellness with fun, events, and physical & spiritual resources!

Mindful Monday x Yoga  (Health Services)

Enjoy a 40 minute themed wellness yoga class followed by a reflective workshop where you are invited to share your thoughts and feelings through writing, poetry, drawing, meditation, or any other creative form that calls to you. Bring any supplies you might want to use - paper, pens, pencils, markers, paint, a camera, etc. All are welcome! No prior yoga experience required.

It is Thursday night... time to celebrate all of your hard work this week and kick-start your weekend!  Unleash your inner rock star or swing away to the beat and POUND! out the stress during this FUN, upbeat workout!  POUND! is a class that uses weighted drumsticks to swing around and bang to the rhythm.  Students at home can use serving spoons, spatulas or other similar items instead if they do not have their own drumsticks, but it is a blast either way!
