Costs

2021-2022 Housing and Meal Plan Rates

* ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO RATIFICATION BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES 

General Information

  • All rates are per person.
  • Rates do not include recess periods. (Recess information will be posted at a later date.)
  • All students are required to have a meal plan or declining balances as follows:
    • New/Entering students in traditional style rooms must have a minimum of the 185 block plan
    • New/Entering students in apartment style rooms must have a minimum of the 75 block plan
    • Current/Returning students must have a minimum of $250 in declining balance each semester

Meal Plan Rates  
      265 Block Plan (includes $400 declining balance for the year) $2,530.50 per semester
      185 Block Plan  (includes $890 declining balance for the year) $2,300.00 per semester
      75 Block Plan (includes $900 declining balance for the year) $1,398.00 per semester

     $250 declining balance per semester (required for all current/returning residents)

 

*Residents may always increase their meal plan or add additional declining balance dollars above the requirement within the first 2 weeks of the semester.
