On-Campus Housing Consideration Based on Disability

All eligible FIT students are welcome to apply for on-campus housing.

Students who apply for on-campus housing must be matriculated and registered as full-time each semester: minimum of 12 credits for undergraduates, 9 credits for graduate students. (Please review the Residential Life FAQ.)

On-campus housing is limited for all students. Of the more than 9,000 students enrolled, only 2,200 spaces are available in the residence halls.

FIT believes that the opportunity to participate in a learning and living environment is an integral part of the college experience and has established procedures to ensure that students with documented disabilities have access to housing resources that reasonably accommodate their needs.
