Past / The Art of Korean Fabric Wrapping - November 16, 2018, Friday, 12noon-2pm

Artist, Sei Ryun Chun will present on the topic of Bojagi, a traditional Korean wrapping cloth and art form. Participants will learn how to wrap gifts using fabric provided by PrintFX and will come away with a deeper understanding of the significance of the Bojagi tradition. We thank our co-sponsors - the Asian Student Network, the Vietnamese Student Association and the Asian Studies Minor.

Past / Book Binding for Beginners - November 2, 2018, Friday, 12noon-2pm

Make your own book (a great gift idea) using the traditional Japanese four-hole stab bookbinding method. Paper and tools will be provided but supplies are limited. This workshop will be taught by the Library's own Jane Mahoney.

Learn how to make a Hologram Projector for your smartphone or tablet, using tape, plastic, and can-do attitude. Pairing the DIY Hologram projector with a 3D hologram video, watch the flat image come to life within the projector! Supplies will be provided.

Learn how to draw in three dimensions. 3Doodler CEO Maxwell Bogue will showcase how to create 3D objects using his company's new Create+ 3D printing pen.
