International Students Meet & Greet
This event is for international students in their first semester at FIT. This group will help you adjust to your new culture and environment, give you a place to share your experiences, and will offer you support in your transition to FIT. For further information, contact [email protected].

Feeling isolated and alone? Feeling like it’s hard to talk about your substance use with family and friends? Feeling concerned that you are self-medicating and need support? Reiki and Soundbath Relaxation Experience
Join our experiential meditation and relaxation class which includes Reiki, meditation, review of chakra balancing and soundbath - a listening experience using therapeutic instruments that reduce symptoms of stress, pain and anxiety to help you feel rejuvenated.
