Circle of Strength Support Group

A safe place for survivors of sexual assault and abuse to learn ways to cope with stress and trauma, and heal by sharing your story and supporting others. This group requires advance sign-up. Contact Gloria Jetter at (212) 217-4265 for more information.

Join our Friendship Circle group to explore how mentorship and friendship can benefit your mental health and lead to wellness and fulfillment. Living Through Loss Support Group

Have you lost a loved one?  Finding it hard to talk about it with others?  If so, please join us for Living Through Loss Support Group.  Come meet and talk with fellow students experiencing loss in a safe and supportive setting. For more information, contact Jen-Mai all the Counseling Center at [email protected]

First Generation in College Support Group

Are you the first in your family to attend college? Congratulations! Do you have questions about how college works? Does your family understand how hard college is? Come and talk to other students who have similar experiences. Contact Ellen in the Counseling Center for more information.

Effective Communication for Resolving Conflicts

Would you describe yourself as someone who prefers to avoid conflict? Do you like to get your way? Are you good at working with someone to reach a solution that is mutually beneficial?
